Hello and welcome to the 1st CALMFIRMATIONS blog post! I’m so glad you are here and I look forward to sharing uplifting content that you can refer back to at any time.  I created Calmfirmations as an emotional support offering for people like you, (and me), who need encouragement, motivation, and reminders of just how awesome we truly are.

What does it mean? Well, I’m glad you asked!  CALMFIRMATIONS are calming affirmations of positivity and reassurance, to be read, written, and repeated.  Each one begins with the phrase “I Calmly Affirm”, and through the power of positive speaking, works to motivate, inspire, and strengthen the love we show to ourselves.

If you’ve ever felt anxious, worried, stressed, or have experienced panic attacks, the one thing you wish you could do during those moments…CALM down…is the one thing that seems the hardest to accomplish. This is why each Calmfirmation includes the word “Calmly”, to help our minds and nervous energy recenter and refocus towards calming our breathing and slowing down racing thoughts. Listen to and repeat Calmfirmations daily, or as often as needed, to help steady your thoughts, calm your emotions, and increase your sense of peace.

Many of us struggle with anxieties, low self-esteem, worry, sadness, or anger. CALMFIRMATIONS was created to help reduce the stigmas surrounding mental health, make it a priority, and to offer words of strength, hope, and encouragement through our YouTube videos, social media posts, activity journals, and other cool self-love products. It’s all about C-A-L-M and L-O-V-E.

We currently offer self-help journals, available on Amazon, and working on stigma-reducing, self-acceptance t-shirts that we hope you’ll love as much as we do. Many more support offerings are on the way! Stay tuned!
