While going through your regular daily life, take some moments to look around for someone needing a kind gesture or even pay it forward by gifting towards someone’s total at your next drive-thru run. Spreading joy through giving radiates positivity in countless ways.

Smile More

Have you ever heard that a smile is contagious or that laughter is the best medicine? When you genuinely smile, that energy radiates to the people around you.

Try wearing your radiant smile daily to make the world around you a kinder, warmer place. Smiling is a universal language that brings comfort, even from infancy, and we all need to do more of it.

Maintain Connection with Others 

We often have good intentions to catch up with people we once had a strong connection with, but we don’t. When you lose touch with someone for an extended period, take a moment to send them a quick text to say hello and let them know you’re thinking of them. It doesn’t matter how you connect. It only matters that you do it.
