You just need a quiet space where you’re alone.  As a mom of two, I find late night and early morning work best for me. You can dedicate time while in the shower, in the car alone, or even a hideaway in the closer for a few moments, to help create a sense of calm.

When you are able to find some quiet, alone time, consider adding elements that help you feel relaxed, such as soft lighting, candles, calming music, or scents like lavender.
